This Privacy Policy explains how SnapTech Ventures LLP ("SnapTech", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you purchase, access, or use Stelth. By accessing or using Stelth, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide and support Stelth. This may include email address provided during purchase or support requests, license information and activation status, transaction reference numbers, and customer support communications.

The Stelth app itself sends only the following to our server: a scrambled device ID (a one-way code made from your phone's Android ID and model, from which the phone cannot be identified directly), the date your free trial started, your license key if you enter one, the Google Play purchase code of a license you buy in the app (we store only a scrambled form of it; Google Play does not give us your name or email), and a check from Google Play that the app is the genuine copy from Google Play. We use these only to run your free trial and license and to prevent misuse. Your hidden apps, your app list, your notifications and your tap pattern never leave your phone.

We do not collect photos, videos, contacts, messages, call logs, browsing history, keystrokes, location, or any personal files on your device. We do not sell user data.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers. SnapTech Ventures LLP does not store or have access to payment card numbers, banking credentials, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or similar payment authentication information.

4. How We Use Information

We do not use your information for advertising or behavioral profiling.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Information may be disclosed only to authorized service providers assisting with payment processing or license delivery, or to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to maintain licensing records, provide support, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting stelthapp@gmail.com. We may require reasonable verification of identity before responding.

8a. How to Delete Your Stelth Data

To ask SnapTech Ventures LLP to delete the data the Stelth app has sent to us:

What we delete: the scrambled device ID and the trial start date stored for your phone, and the link between your phone and your license. If you bought a license, the email address on your purchase record is removed as well; your license key keeps working.

What we keep: the payment record of a purchase (transaction reference, amount, date and license key), only as long as accounting and tax laws require. Until you ask for deletion, the device ID and trial start date are kept so that your trial or license is restored if you reinstall Stelth.

9. Children's Privacy

Stelth is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication. Continued use of Stelth constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
