Terms of Purchase

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

This Terms of Purchase and License Agreement governs the purchase, installation, activation, and use of Stelth provided by SnapTech Ventures LLP. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Stelth, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

SnapTech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Stelth on a single authorized device. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by SnapTech Ventures LLP.

2. Single Device Lifetime License

Each purchase authorizes activation on one device only. A license becomes permanently associated with the device on which it is first activated. The license may not be transferred, reassigned, shared, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to another person or device.

"Lifetime License" means access to the Software for the commercial life of the Stelth product and does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.

3. Trial Period

A two-day trial period may be provided before purchase. By activating a paid license, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to evaluate the Software.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. SnapTech Ventures LLP does not store payment card information, banking credentials, or payment authentication data.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final once a license has been activated. If a license has not been activated, refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase may be considered at our sole discretion. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

6. Device Replacement Policy

Licenses are permanently tied to the originally activated device. Loss, theft, hardware failure, factory reset, replacement, resale, or disposal of a device does not entitle the purchaser to a replacement license. Any exception shall be granted solely at the discretion of SnapTech Ventures LLP.

7. Software Updates

Software updates released during the supported life of the product are included without additional charge. SnapTech does not guarantee the release of any specific update, feature, or future version.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, source code, architecture, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of SnapTech Ventures LLP. No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any licensing, activation, or security mechanisms
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software
• Create or distribute cracked, modified, or unauthorized versions of the Software
• Develop tools designed to defeat licensing or security protections
• Use the Software in violation of applicable laws

10. Acceptable Use

Stelth is intended solely for lawful personal privacy and security purposes on your own device. Installing or using Stelth on a device without lawful authority or consent may violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your use of the Software.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPTECH VENTURES LLP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPTECH VENTURES LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SNAPTECH VENTURES LLP EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapTech Ventures LLP, its partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

14. Termination

SnapTech may suspend or terminate any license immediately if fraudulent activity, payment disputes, license abuse, piracy, or violation of this Agreement is detected. Termination does not limit any other legal rights available to SnapTech.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
